Advanced Professional Certificate in Business Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Strategy
Business Analytics: From Strategy to Practice is an intensive 180-hour advanced professional certificate that connects strategic thinking with rigorous, applied analytics. Rather than starting with tools, the program begins with the “Why”—business economics, value creation and customer lifecycle strategy—then builds the “How” through quantitative methods, data modelling and advanced analytics practice.
Designed for early- to mid-career professionals in Marketing, HR, Operations, Sales, Customer Support and Business Intelligence, the program assumes basic comfort with data and pushes learners to operate as analytical partners to management, not just report builders. Participants will learn to formulate and critique business questions, select and justify appropriate statistical and machine-learning approaches, and design data structures and dashboards that withstand executive scrutiny.
Across six integrated modules, learners move from strategic scorecards and customer value frameworks to regression, segmentation, time-series and predictive modelling, implemented using tools such as Python, SQL/spreadsheets and Tableau or similar BI platforms. The program culminates in a capstone lifecycle project where teams lead an end-to-end analytics engagement: framing the problem, engineering data, building and evaluating models, and defending recommendations to a panel.
